The Recharge 15 min Nap! is a scheduled add-on available at checkout or by request. We reserve a quiet space immediately after your session so you can rest. Please let reception know when booking so we can allocate time and room.
No need to arrive earlier than your scheduled massage time. The nap is built into the end of your appointment; just book it as an add-on. If you have time constraints, inform us and we'll adjust timing to ensure a comfortable transition.
